Q. What is the cost of monthly service, packages, speeds and features?
A.  We offer 2 levels of High Speed Internet service, called Business Class Internet, with a variety of speeds and features available to meet the needs of all Businesses across Colorado.

Q. What is the cost of installation?
A.  Each business location is surveyed free of charge prior to scheduling an installation to determine the connection cost. A number of factors are taken into consideration to determine the one time connection charge.

Q. Is a contract required?
A.  Yes, agreements begin with one year term.

Q. How soon can I get service?
A.  Typically installations are completed within seven days. However, in situations that require additional construction, installation of service may vary.

Q. How many PC's can I use at once?
A.  Business Class Internet standard works best with 2-5 computers, and Business Class Internet enhanced is designed to work with over 5+ computers. Your network administrator would best be able to determine which package would fit your companies needs, based upon Business Class Internet speeds of up to 16 Megabytes downstream and 2 Megabytes upstream. Q. What is Domain Hosting?
A.  Domain Hosting is a service provided at no charge to Business Class Internet customers. Comcast will host a registered domain (web site address) for the company, as well as offering additional site hosting at a nominal charge.

Q. What is a Static IP?
A.  Static IP address is a feature available with Comcast Business Class Internet products that allow businesses to host e-mail or FTP servers; host their own website or use VPN.

Q. Do you offer static IP addresses?
A.  Yes. Both our Standard and Enhanced Business Class Internet services offer Static IP options.

Q. What's the difference between Business Class Internet & DSL?
A.  Business Class Internet has several advantages over DSL:

Q. How fast is Business Class Internet compared to DSL?
A.   Business Class Internet offers speeds up to 16Mbps down by 2Mbps up; that's 10 times faster than 1.5Mbps DSL.

Q. Does Business Class Internet make you more vulnerable to hackers than DSL?
A.  No. All Internet connections should utilize security software and firewalls to provide defense against hackers.

Q. Does Comcast provide any type of firewall or virus protection?
A.  Yes. Comcast offers several options for Firewall and/or Virus Protection. For Business customers using Comcast.net e-mail addresses a Free copy of MacAfee Firewall is available for download.
